Single Reformer Class $38

Single Reformer Pilates Class is the perfect way to experience the Glow Up Pilates & Wellness difference whether you're visiting for the 1st time, fitting Pilates into a busy day, or simply wanting to take class when it works for you.

Single Mat Class $25

Experience the benefit of Pilates with a Mat Pilates Class offers a full-body workout that focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance, posture, and mindful movement—all without the use of the reformer.

  • Welcome! Start your Pilates journey with a 30 minute Intro to Reformer class. You’ll learn all the basics you need to get started in a full length (50 min class!

  • Good vibes and grip socks! Grip socks are available for purchase at the front desk.

  • A single Reformer Pilates class is $38. A single Mat Pilates class is $25.

  • We offer 4 class types at Glow Up for every experience level!

    We also offer studio rental for private parties.
